Process + Timeline

The Master Planning process involves three main elements of analysis: transportation, the station and associated facilities, and commercial opportunities.  Each of these elements will be integrated into a final comprehensive Plan for the District.  The Master Planning process will have three phases: 1) Existing conditions analysis; 2) Development of potential future visions, and 3) Synthesis and elaboration of final vision into a District Plan.  This process will be guided by the Project Partners with input from the community at public meetings held throughout the two-year timeframe.

Upon completion of the District Plan, each partner has begun implementing their respective projects, visit current projects to see what is underway.
