Overview

The Philadelphia 30th Street Station District Plan is a collection of projects that will be realized over the next 35 years and beyond. The Plan calls for approximately 18 million square feet of development implemented over seven overarching phases. Implementing this plan will require the expertise and support of various disciplines. 

The District Plan Partners seeks to:

  • Enhance opportunities for local small businesses
  • Enhance opportunities for local employment
  • Promote open and transparent procurement procedures
